Evaluation of the knowledge of the nursing note in nurses from the State of Mexico.

Abstract

The nursing notes presume the veracity of the data and from the legal dimension, like the clinical history, it is a document with evidentiary capacity par excellence, object of analysis and investigation within the processes of professional responsibility, taking into account the act of nursing care, since the written record of the act of care not only reflects professional practice but is proof of the human, ethical, technical and scientific guidelines developed (Fernandez Aragon S. et al, 2012). Taking into account the above, the research is a diagnostic study, whose general objective is to evaluate the knowledge of the nursing note in professionals in the health area, Mexican population.
