Legal status of physical education and its teaching staff in the Spanish educational system until year 2021. Analysis of the Galician curricula (1st part).
Abstract
In this work, a critical analysis of the curricula related to Physical Education and its teaching staff in the Spanish educational system is carried out, focusing specifically on the case of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, reflecting the legal treatment given to PE and its teaching staff, which is far from being compatible with an egalitarian vision with the rest of the subjects. As a consequence, it is hypothesized that the normative factor also influences the low perception of its status by the different agents of the educational fact.
