Analysis of job performance in toxic organizations.
Abstract
A toxic organization is one in which the practices, attitudes or actions of team members can affect work performance. The objective of the research is to analyze how toxic organizations can be considered a determining factor for work performance. The research is based on documentary-type investigative methods with bibliographic design. The work was constituted in the revision of primary and secondary sources to reinforce the veracity of the text. It was concluded that this type of organization represents a very significant problem for the individuals, who are part of the organization, greatly affecting their emotional stability, and therefore, their work performance.
