Decentralized open government management in local governments.
Abstract
The objective of the research is to describe the management of decentralized open government and the pillars that constitute it, such as transparency, citizen participation and information and communication technology of local governments. The methodology is the documentary review that corresponds to the qualitative approach of the inductive and deductive method, and documentary analysis. It is concluded that within the information society and the generalization of the use of the Internet, it has allowed the creation of a new model of development of open e-government in order to propose the simplification and improve the provision of goods and services of the public administration for citizens under the gaze of three pillars such as transparency, collaboration and participation.
