The university and curricular redesign. Linkage and impact in the community.

Abstract

A study was carried out to evaluate the criteria of the main specialists and managers of the Technical University of Babahoyo associated with the redesign of careers and their assessments of how the link with society was considered. The presence and results of introducing research and pre-professional practices were evaluated. For this purpose, a survey was applied to which validity and reliability were verified, the Spearman test was applied to measure the correlation between these selected variables and the criteria of the experts. It was obtained that a high satisfaction of the specialists is considered due to the presence of the link with society, the pre-professional practices and the research in the implemented designs.
