Administrative management and the quality perceived by the elderly in EsSalud Hospitals 2021.

Abstract

This article describes the administrative management and the quality perceived by older adults in EsSalud hospitals. The objective of the study is to determine the year, the methodology and evaluation instrument and the magazine in which the scientific articles were published, with respect to administrative management and the quality perceived by older adults, based on the systematic review of various Scientific articles. The findings reveal the lack of consensus in the definition and determination of the dimensions of administrative management, which is necessary to develop reliable measurement and action instruments that allow providing health services that improve the perceived quality of older adults.
