Small restaurants and their impact of digital commerce after the pandemic.
Abstract
The objective of this research is to analyze the impact that digital commerce has had on small restaurants in the city of Santo Domingo in Ecuador, for which it was necessary to pose several research questions, building a survey of the legal representatives of the establishments under study under a non-experimental design with a qualitative-quantitative approach. The inductive-deductive method was used, and after obtaining the required results, it is concluded that the growing use of digital commerce has come to transform fruitful relationships and facilitate supply and demand, benefiting restaurants that have begun to implement this trend.
