Termination of contract due to labor eviction in private companies.
Abstract
This research was carried out to analyze the labor eviction to end the contractual relationship in private companies. Its objective is to inform that the eviction is a legal institution that allows the employer to know in advance the wishes of his worker, who voluntarily asks to end his continuous employment relationship with the company and that he must receive a bonus for the time provided his lawful and personal service at the time of the legality of the procedure before the Labor Inspectorate. The research method is analytical with a mixed approach using the survey as an instrument.
