Abstract

Patients with incurable diseases can express their desire for assisted death, in order to stop the physical pain and anguish caused by these diseases, which is how euthanasia becomes the best resource available to these people. This study is based on the observational method, which aims to assess the opinion of respondents about euthanasia. The cross-sectional, descriptive and retrospective method was used, in addition to a survey of university students. Of a total of 304 responses, 73.7% agreed with euthanasia. It was concluded that the majority of university students surveyed are in favor of euthanasia.
