Abstract

The general objective is to know the factors associated with cervical pain in teachers over 35 years of age, which can trigger anomalies within the osteomyoarticular system. The research is of a documentary type, carried out in the Google Schoolar, Pubmed, Lilacs and SciELO databases. The results have allowed us to infer that many of the teaching professionals have bad body postures, excess physical effort and being overweight, which on some occasions has caused falls, or bad postures, in addition to presenting due to the consumption of alcohol and substances such as caffeine. a significant level of decalcification.
