Abstract

The objective of this research is to be able to demonstrate the feasibility of treatment with psilocybin in patients with major depression disorders, which has been one of the diseases that has afflicted the world population the most, because it is a disease that does not lend itself to treatment. necessary care in many fields of medicine, and as a result, patients do not receive adequate treatment. This research was carried out by searching and analyzing 12 articles, reviewing reliable pages from renowned academic institutions. It was possible to show the latest advances in the treatment of major depression using psilocybin.
