Abstract

The study is based on the methodology of the Inter-American Development Bank, which is used to assess the competitiveness and potential of the main water bottling company in Santo Domingo, considering variables such as strategic management, services and operations, quality assurance, marketing, accounting and finance, human talent, environmental management, and information system. It is concluded that these companies obtained high ratings in services and operations, accounting and finance, information systems and human talent, showing radical improvement in aspects such as implementation of strategies, analysis of results, evaluation of the sector, market studies, application of financial indicators, proper waste management and constant innovation of products and services, and by strengthening these aspects, companies will achieve sustained development with higher potential.
