New challenges in labor proceedings heard in the judicial courts.

Abstract

Labor proceedings are distinguished by the way in which the evidentiary burdens are distributed in labor lawsuits, specifically of an individual nature with respect to ordinary proceedings. Recently, a series of reforms to the federal labor law were carried out, specifically in the collective and procedural aspects. This article reflects on the new burdens in the labor proceedings that are heard in the judicial courts.
