Legal status of physical education and its teaching staff in the Spanish educational system until year 2021. Analysis of the non-curricular legislation of Galicia (2nd part).
Abstract
In this work, the hypothesis presented in the 1st part about that the normative factor influences and is a reflection of the low perception of its status by the different agents of the educational fact is deepened. In it, a critical analysis of the non-curricular legislation related to Physical Education (PE) and its teaching staff in the Spanish educational system is carried out, specifically focused on the case of the Autonomous Community of Galicia. The analysis again reflects that the treatment that is legally granted to PE and its teachers is far from being compatible with an equal vision with the rest of the subjects, this being independent of the political color that the educational administration manages.
