Directive leadership and quality management at the Graduate School of the National University of Education, Lima.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to determine to what extent there is a relationship between managerial leadership and quality management at the “Walter Peñaloza Ramella” Graduate School of the National University of Education "Enrique Guzmán y Valle", using a non-experimental design: cross-sectional, correlational. 302 students enrolled in the first semester of the year 2021-I were studied. The instruments used were two questionnaires that evaluated managerial leadership and quality management. It was concluded that there is considerable positive correlation, Spearman's Rho was +0.708 between the variables studied; In addition, the recommendations generated are presented, contributing to the improvement of the management of the Graduate School.
