Investment and importance of parents to education at the basic level.
Abstract
The objective of the research presented is to know the perception that parents of basic level students have of investment in education and how they consider learning English compared to other subjects according to the importance they give it. The universe was the parents of the fifth grade students of an urban public primary school, in the state of Tabasco, Mexico; Through statistics, the sample size was calculated, applying a survey instrument composed of 5 items, made up of polytomous ordinal qualitative variables.
