Analysis of professional skills and training trajectories: approach from life expectations.
Abstract
The present study analyzes the main elements that are present in the formative trajectories and the generation of professional competences of students in two educational programs. The qualitative methodology and the analytical descriptive method served as the basis for the design of an interview instrument applied through a focus group to a sample of students. As results, guide matrices were obtained that show the profiles that students create during their trajectories for the formation of their life itineraries in relation to the labor market. It is concluded that strategies should be formulated that help both the correct training and the creation of profiles more focused on human and social capacities.
