Poverty, virtual education, and academic performance in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Abstract
The study arises in a public educational institution in the province of Huarochirí in San Antonio de Chaclla. The research sought to measure the level of relationship between the study variables such as virtual education, academic performance, and their respective dimensions in the context of the pandemic that associated necessary changes in Peruvian education in times of confinement. The type of sampling was non-probabilistic convenience, using techniques such as documentary analysis, survey and record of notes as instruments for collecting information. The grades involved were 1st, 2nd and 3rd of high school since there was greater access both to the notes and to carry out the research.
