Territorial planning and prospective development.

Abstract

The present bibliographic review is oriented to the theoretical and methodological review to explore the state of the art in territorial planning and prospective development, the problems of urban, modern districts and settlements of the regions, taking due account of the organization of their territories. with a database of 1089 Scopus publications, with which the pertinent bibliometry was carried out. It is concluded that land use organizations are an integral part of sustainable land and urban development in any region.
