Municipal management and sustainable development in the District of Santa Anita, Peru within the framework of decentralization.

Abstract

Municipal management and sustainable development within the framework of decentralization are important tools for the development of Santa Anita in Peru; For this reason, the present study had the objective of carrying out a bibliographic review on the advantages of municipal management for sustainable development for this town based on previous experiences, national and international norms, and policies. We worked with the rigor required by non-experimental scientific research and analyzed different environments to the study variables. The conclusions highlight the importance of developing good municipal management strategies in favor of sustainable development in its three dimensions: economic, social and environmental in the mentioned locality.
