Human talent management and Burnout in times of COVID-19: a systematic review.
Abstract
The work routine, social problems and sui generis situations, such as the COVID 19 pandemic, generate excessive stress in workers, stress that manifests itself in physical and mental injuries, which can develop into a chronic condition such as Burnout syndrome. The present investigation carried out a systematic review, supported by the PRISMA report, in order to organize the existing literature around the relationship between human talent management and Burnout in times of pandemic. The results showed four main thematic axes: Burnout incidence according to work area in times of pandemic, Burnout factors, Burnout consequences, and importance of human talent management.
