Incorporation of private capital to improve sanitation management and close gaps in the sector.
Abstract
Closing gaps in the sanitation sector in the country is an imperative, an urgent need, given the enormous number of Peruvians who lack access to drinking water and sanitary sewerage. The COVID 19 pandemic exposed the enormous deficiencies in the health sector, but also evidenced the need to overcome the enormous deficiencies in the sanitation sector, considering that one of the measures promoted to stop the pandemic was constant hand washing, without considering that millions of Peruvians lack the liquid and vital element in their property or have it dropper or at restricted hours. Added to this, must be added the poor management of public investment in the country.
