The impact of work motivation, work environment, leadership, and communication on the job satisfaction of employees of a small company.
Abstract
The objective of this research was to analyze job satisfaction in employees of a small company in Tampico, Tamaulipas. A measurement instrument was applied to all its employees. A reliability analysis and data analysis were performed using descriptive and inferential statistics. By comparing the data using multiple linear regression, the validity of the models was identified. This work shows that the work environment does not positively influence organizational development to have adequate job satisfaction, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the work environment to achieve an improvement in skills and performance in the workplace, and at the same time, strengthen the competitive situation of the company and its employees.
