Abstract

The research work addresses the issue of insecurity that Ecuador is experiencing, where the crime rate has become a social problem that harms citizens, exposing them to a wave of constant danger, causing restlessness and perception of insecurity in society. With the use of a mixed methodology, statistics were reviewed at the level of the province of Chimborazo, evidencing that the main annoyance among citizens is not being able to work with dignity, to which the increase in crime is attributed, in addition to harming businesses. for the constant robberies. The objective of the investigators is to be able to socialize about crime issues.
