Public disability policies. Bibliographic review of the reality of the Peruvian regulatory functional system.

Abstract

Access to work, study, and health opportunities are a right of every human being; however, it has been found that there is still discrimination against people with disabilities. The present work determines the behavior of public disability policies that shows the Peruvian reality; Therefore, the importance of the intervention of government entities to establish regulations that support these entities is denoted.
