Humanization in health to promote decentralization in health centers.
Abstract
This study arises from the concern of the critical aspects of the health system in Peru, such as the lack of resources, little capacity of the personnel in the resolution of conflicts and the lack of empathy towards the patient, which shows a dehumanization of this system and the need to humanize it. In order to respond to this situation, this article presents some models that can contribute to the humanization of health services, taking into account the different agents that participate in medical care. We worked with the documentary research methodology. Among the conclusions, the importance of the state, the centers and the health personnel addressing this problem jointly was highlighted.
