Musculoskeletal disorders due to forced postures of nursing personnel.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to evaluate the prevalence of musculoskeletal alterations due to forced postures in nursing personnel, to improve their quality of life. As for the methodology used in the work, it was a descriptive-transversal analysis type, conducting surveys to a total of 120 members between 35 and 60 years of age. After collecting the data, it was concluded that the dorsolumbar region is the area with the greatest discomfort and that one-third of the personnel have received treatment. It was found that these complications have been present for a long time and that their duration is from 1 to 24 hours with an intensity of 3/5 bearable.
