Nursing intervention for a patient with sepsis of pulmonary and urinary origin plus acute kidney injury.
Abstract
Chronic-degenerative diseases represent a high rate in the Mexican population, greatly affecting the recovery of those hospitalized; consequently, of the same pathologies or the development of others that aggravate their condition, even putting their lives at risk. Acute kidney injury and sepsis of urinary origin, as well as pulmonary, being the most frequent, represent a great compromise in the state of health as a whole, together with other alterations, and that is why, through the nursing care process the necessary interventions for the care of a 70-year-old patient during his hospital stay were identified and applied, prioritizing based on the needs and clinical manifestations presented.
