The SARS-CoV-2 viral infection caused a stir in the world, affecting not only the respiratory system, but also the male reproductive system. The objective of this research is to be able to study the effect caused by this infection in male reproduction. A systematic review was carried out through a descriptive study of scientific articles, which included clinical trials, books, reviews, systematic reviews and meta-analysis. It was concluded that there may be a high possibility of testicular damage and subsequent infertility after COVID-19 infection, due to hyperthermia, secondary infection, hypoxia and steroids, so especially for those men of reproductive age, it should be suggested consultation and evaluation of gonadal function and semen analysis.
