Abstract

The main objective of this research is to evaluate the different symptoms that appear on the skin of dental students in permanent contact with latex. To collect the necessary data in this work, a survey was used, which gave us as a result, that 74% of the students have had some discomfort derived from the use of latex gloves, and among the most frequent discomforts is eczema and pruritus. in the hands. An observation in this work is that the institution can intervene so that the inconvenience does not increase over the years of study.
