Abstract

The research originated in the Huancavelica Regional Health Directorate in the province of Churcampa, which includes a population of 32,338 inhabitants according to the latest report from the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics for 2021. Geographically, it crosses borders with the provinces of Tayacaja, Acobamba and the department of Ayacucho. These data are of vital importance because they allowed to cover the health service in an integral way and according to the needs of the community. The research also highlighted the importance of subregional management, executing units in the Health, Education and Agriculture sector in Peru.
