Pictographic texts in poetry for the oral development of children of 4-5 years.
Abstract
Pictographic texts allow easy recognition of images that manage to include new words in the vocabulary to strengthen the development of oral language. The article is written based on an investigation in order to implement pictographic texts for the development of oral language. This study applied the qualitative methodology with the use of techniques and instruments such as the interview and the observation sheet; For this, the elaboration of a book of pictographic poems was proposed, with the purpose of developing the oral language of children; the collection of poems was applied and favorable results were achieved, since the children were motivated to work and expanded their vocabulary to benefit the development of oral language.
