Puppets in the development of comprehension and expression of language in children from four to five years old.
Abstract
The objective of this research is "Implement workshops with puppets to promote the development of comprehension and expression of language in children from four to five years old." The methodology is based on the interpretative paradigm with a qualitative approach and an exploratory and descriptive scope. The research is non-experimental with techniques such as interview and observation, which allowed collecting information under the non-probabilistic method. The results of the investigation are nine puppet workshops that promote stories, strings, tongue twisters, rhymes and songs, which encourage the development of language comprehension and expression; Therefore, puppets are ideal teaching strategies to activate language in children from four to five years of age.
