Cooperative work: a strategy to develop transformational leadership in children.
Abstract
Cooperative work to develop transformational leadership in children is part of an applied research with a quantitative-experimental approach, focused on the pre-experimental design. For systematization, SPSS v.27 was used with a sample of 27 children. It is concluded that by working cooperatively, transformational leadership in children is achieved, demonstrating creativity, charisma and ethics from an early age; It is difficult for them to lie and they know how to interact with their peers, always placing themselves horizontally, without believing that they are superior to others and from an early age they already have their own vision of service to their community, giving small guidelines to guide their peers and help them solve problems.
