Abstract

The Regional Government of Puno on environmental policies is framed within the pluralist paradigm, since the result is achieved by the action of various political groups and not by a single ruling class. The contamination of the Coata river and underground water is a social and environmental problem that involves levels of government, and specifically, the regional government, mining companies, solid waste, etc.
