Confidence Control and Psychological Testing for members of the National Public Security System.
Abstract
The National Public Security System is the one that establishes the bases for the coordination and distribution of powers in matters of Public Security, both in the corresponding area under the directive of the National Public Security Council. This work focuses its attention on the Confidence Control and the Psychological Test of the members of the National Public Security System, where it seeks to know and identify the characteristics of personality, intelligence and general abilities of the personnel; the foregoing in order to determine if he is a suitable person for the development and performance of his duties as a public servant.
