Influence of strategic planning on the budget execution of the Directorate of Integrated Health Networks East Lima, 2022.

Abstract

The following article aims to analyze the relationship of the influence of strategic planning and its direct correspondence with the execution of the budget, for which a sample belonging to the Integrated Health Networks in Lima East was chosen, during the year to date 2022. The method that supports this work was exploratory descriptive based on the budget assigned for that year and comparing it with the actual management of each of the areas. The collected results provide sufficient elements to propose and develop a set of planning measures, an issue that will better involve the workers of the sector as part of the role that they must exercise for an optimal functioning of the mentioned institution.
