The importance of the investigative police in criminal justice in Mexico.

Abstract

Through public security, the State provides people with the certainty that their rights, assets and freedoms will be respected by the other members of the social component, and that even if they suffer harm, the State must guarantee by effective legal means, the restitution of their rights, their assets and their freedoms that have been affected; this is how the legal order in a society can be fully enforced if we have effective means, as is the essential function of public security.
