Andean community law: an option to achieve sustainable development goal n.17 and improve the standard of living of the inhabitants.
Abstract
At present, the member states of the Andean Community fail to comply with the community norm, which causes difficulties in the achievement of the sustainable development objectives. In this regard, the present investigation aims to analyze the importance of compliance with Andean community law by the states, in order to achieve the improvement of the standard of living of its inhabitants. The result shows that the Court of Justice of the Andean Community of Nations settles the non-compliance action against the Republic of Peru. Given this, the states are called upon to incorporate the community standard into their legislation.
