Evolution of the value of human capital in Latin America and the Caribbean - LAC: a systematic review.

Abstract

This systematic review article considers a study of the evolution of the value of human capital, emphasizing human capital as a model of progress, with an important element that is people in its economic growth. In the methodology, we rely on the qualitative approach, for which we use the collection of information and its analysis, revealing an interpretation process, because it sought to find the main challenges that must be faced in the evolution of the value of human capital, and to From this, have a comparative point that analyzes various scientific articles that propose to solve the problem in Latin American countries and the Caribbean.
