Supply system policies and governance: an analysis of the Peruvian case.
Abstract
Public policies at a general level have presented certain changes since their origin, trying to bring order through a system that optimizes work and ensures the correct functioning of the policies established in each unit. The present work recounts from the beginning of the creation of the supply system and how it has been migrating towards Peruvian governance, which has been falling into conflicts of interest, which has cost the reputation of companies and the government. It also explains the most notorious cases and the actions of key characters in acts of corruption as a consequence of the activities of the national supply system.
