Effectiveness of the Disaster Risk Management Program in Peru.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand the risks in relation to urban planning and territorial ordering in public policies. The applied methodology included the analysis of documents in scientific journals indexed in Scopus, Redalyc.org, Dialnet, DOAJ, EBSCO, ProQuest, SciELO, etc. The results and discussion articulate the processes of managing, designing, executing and evaluating policies oriented towards human development in accordance with institutional agreements and regulations based on the search for information and relevant data on budgets assigned to the reduction of vulnerabilities based on the social construction of risk and policies aimed at DRM.
