Abstract

The purpose of this research study is to determine the relationship between occupational health and safety management and the work performance of the workers of the construction company NEGAP S.A.C. Ayacucho, framed in the quantitative approach, correlational, cross-sectional non-experimental design. It is concluded that it is important to promote among the workers of the company, compliance with the safety regulations that are established, so that they can properly use the work environments, protective equipment and avoid accidents, which will help them feel safe when time to do your job.
