Abstract

The article aimed to evaluate public investment projects to improve the infrastructure and services of educational institutions in recent years. A qualitative approach methodology was carried out, through a documentary analysis and descriptive design of each of the categories and subcategories. 13 indexed articles, both national and Latin American, were compiled, the main coincidences were written, they were triangulated with similar investigations and compared with other theoretical approaches. It was concluded that it is necessary to invest in educational infrastructure, given that the country's educational institutions are not conditioned to the requirements that the current situation and technology demands, that the environmental conditions demand.
