Intervention program to improve leadership and teamwork skills in university students.
Abstract
The objective was to determine how the intervention program "Leading the future" influences the improvement of leadership and teamwork skills of the students of a Peruvian University. The methodology corresponds to the hypothetical deductive method, of the applied type, with a quantitative approach, explanatory scope, experimental design and pre-experimental subdesign. The sample was non-probabilistic, intentional, made up of 35 students from Industrial Engineering and Business Management, and Systems Engineering and Computer Science. The survey technique with two questionnaires was used, and it was concluded that there was an improvement in leadership and teamwork skills of the students at the studied university.
