Labor insertion and employability of graduates of the Bachelor of Education Sciences in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Abstract
This research analyzes the process of labor insertion and occupability of graduates in education under the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. By means of the narrative biographical method, five cases of graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Education program are presented, a categorical system is proposed in the qualitative analysis of the content, as well as a narrative analysis for interpretation and understanding. The results highlight external factors, such as sociodemographic characteristics, school trajectory and working conditions faced by the recent graduates during their confinement. In conclusion, the graduates adapted to new ways of searching for employment and workplace dynamics, and the educational environment is competitive, with precarious conditions in the workplace.
