Abstract

The flipped classroom encourages students to learn meaningfully, managing to link the virtual environment with the face-to-face environment and assuming their active role. The strategy has a constructivist approach, where learning is built with the guidance of the teacher in order to analyze the implementation of the flipped classroom and its effectiveness in the training of health professionals. The search was carried out in databases such as ERIC, Scopus, EBSCO, and Web of Science, with PRISMA methodology, selecting 13 articles. Variables were studied and there is a diversity of materials and methodologies to implement the flipped classroom for each phase and the effect of applying it was positive on the students.
