Linguistic awareness for children's language development.
Abstract
The objective of this research is to implement training workshops on linguistic awareness for language development in children from four to five years old. The investigative work starts from the interpretive paradigm, from the qualitative approach, its scope is descriptive, the techniques used were observation and collaborative work with the PNI instrument (Positive, Negative, and Interesting), and the sample selection was non-probabilistic. The results of the application of the four training workshops determined a substantial improvement in the four linguistic awareness: phonological, lexical, semantic, and syntactic, managing to activate in teachers the knowledge, methods, and appropriate strategies to strengthen the teaching-learning process from the beginning. language development.
