Abstract

Mimesis, being a process of literary criticism, has a philosophical concept, which currently uses corporeal expression to improve learning processes. This article is the consequence of an investigation whose objective was to determine how playful workshops benefit social development in children of Initial Education in the Saquisilí canton. In this article, the qualitative methodology was applied with a descriptive study, which allowed us to establish how the COVID 19 pandemic affected performance and socio-emotional relationships, for which workshops were designed, the same ones that, when applied, improved social processes, their behavior, their emotions, their performance, and above all, it helped the children to know themselves.
