Narrative of the teaching experience in higher education in the presence of burnout symptoms in the state of Nayarit.

Abstract

The research arises with the objective of making visible and analyzing the narratives that account for the experiences of higher education teachers who live as a product of challenges they face in their professional performance and their resilience to solve them. To do this, resilient narratives that have been subjugated are used. Based on the methodology of collaborative and dialogical practices with a qualitative approach of a transversal type of exploratory scope. The results were worked with the narrative design and it was found that the participants suffered to a greater or lesser degree the consequences of having to comply with all the activities that are required of them as a higher education teacher and repercussions on their health.
